My Booking Process

1. Initial Response

I'll be in touch within two business days to confirm availability for your date. During peak wedding season, I may be travelling between venues, so I appreciate your patience. If you haven't received a response, please check your spam folder or email me directly via keith@keithmalone.ie
2. Let's Chat

Optionally, (I get it, you might be very busy), we can arrange a phone chat to discuss your vision for the day. This allows me to understand the moments that matter most to you and ensure my approach aligns perfectly with your plans.
3. Booking Confirmation

Following our (optional) chat, I'll provide a personalised quote based on your requirements. If you’ve provided enough information within your enquiry form, I might be in a position to promptly prepare a personalised quote. Once you're ready to proceed, we'll complete the booking process with a deposit and booking agreement to secure your date.
