Marlfield House Wedding Videographer

Marlfield House has been run by the Bowe family since 1978, set in 36 acres of gardens and woodland, twelve of which are set aside for weddings, with an ornamental lake, rose gardens and a parterre garden.

The Conservatory Restaurant, with its frescoed walls looking out over the gardens, is one of the more distinctive rooms on any Irish wedding venue's list.

Here's how I work, wherever I'm filming: compact equipment, no staging, no directing, and a habit of staying out of the way so the day looks like it actually happened rather than a production.

• The property grows its own flowers in the kitchen garden, so the florals you see on the day are often literally grown on site.
• The Conservatory's frescoed walls and garden views make it one of the strongest rooms in Leinster for natural light.
• It's on the Wexford coast side of things, worth checking travel time if most of your guests are coming from Dublin.
