Dromoland Castle Wedding Videographer

Dromoland Castle is a five star castle hotel set on a 500 acre estate, with walled gardens, a folly known as the Temple of Mercury, and a lake, Dromoland Lough, that ceremonies can be held beside.

It's outside my usual Leinster ground, so it's a bigger trip, but the estate is genuinely striking and I'd take the right date there.

Here's how I work, wherever I'm filming: compact equipment, no staging, no directing, and a habit of staying out of the way so the day looks like it actually happened rather than a production.

• Dromoland books years out. Their own calendar has been full through 2027 with a 2028 waitlist, so if this is your venue, enquire about video early.
• The lakeside ceremony option is one of the estate's stronger features for filming.
• It's a genuine trip from Wicklow, so travel is worth discussing upfront when you enquire.
