Cloughjordan House is a historic manor set in its own grounds outside Cloughjordan, North Tipperary, close to the M7. It's booked on an exclusive-use basis, so the house and grounds belong to one couple and their guests for the length of their stay, with accommodation on site for a large share of the wedding party.
Couples can spend one, two or three days on the grounds, and the ceremony options run from the walled gardens to the forest or the rustic Woodshed, which puts a working farm-to-table feel into the day rather than a standard hotel function room.
How I'd approach it
I haven't filmed a wedding at Cloughjordan House recently, so I won't oversell familiarity I don't have. What I can tell you is how I work everywhere: compact equipment, no staging, no directing, and a habit of staying out of the way so the day looks like it actually happened rather than a production. If a venue like this has a scale or a setting that suits documentary filming, I'd love the chance to film it.
