Finally, I’m getting a chance to blog about this gorgeous Killashee House wedding that I was fortunate enough to film in 2011. Jenny McCarthy from PhotosbyJen fame and Martin King from TV3 fame tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by close friends and family.
I was in familiar territory all day. Firstly, I shoot a lot of weddings with Jenny as she is one of Ireland’s leading wedding photographers. Secondly, I film so many weddings at Killashee, it’s almost like a second home to me. The management and staff really pull out all the stops no matter whose wedding they are looking after.
The ever excellent Powder Room Girls looked after hair and make-up. Barbara (who works with Jenny) had big shoes to fill because she was the official photographer on the day. She did a superb job and is (like Jenny) always a joy to work with.
Thank you guys for asking me to film your wedding, I was delighted to be part of your day!
